3. Make your payment in full after receiving your quotation and invoice.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by filling out and submitting the form above and sending a good quality picture of your eye prescription to us via our Facebook page, via email at nuvisiontt@gmail.com, or WhatsApp at +1-868-752-2411.

Payment and Shipping

Payment in full is required before orders are placed. Shipping cost is included in all invoices. Flat-rate local delivery is added separately upon request.

Returns & refunds

Payments are non-refundable for orders placed. Eyewear can be returned for replacement within the warranty period and in keeping with warranty policies. Download and read our Terms and Conditions below before ordering.

Frame Fit
​
Customers are encouraged to use the width of a frame that already fits them (or width of face) well as a guide to choosing the right sized frame on our website. Any frame within a 5mm range should fit well. Refunds will not be given for ill-fitting frames.
